September Peer Review Inspection

When: September 21, 2024, 8:00 am - 2:00 pm (6 hours ASHI CEU’s)

What: Peer Review. Your ASHI Ga Board will inspect the below property prior to the event. The Board will then decide on a reasonable number of defects that a proficient Inspector should find. The home is a 1960 home donated for use as a Scout Lodge. There was a 2004 major addition to the home (+/-5,000 sq’). We will have 3 - 3 1/2 hours to perform the Inspection. After lunch, we will come together and discuss our findings.
