Understanding the unique aspects of smart homes can set you apart from other Inspectors and can help you better set clients' expectations. Smart homes can be comprehensive and complex, or they may be more simple with individual systems such as lighting, audio, automation, and mechanical systems controlled by a voice or user interface. This course will give you the knowledgebase and understanding so you can feel confident in your evaluations as an inspector and best serve your clients, whether they are buying a smart home... or a dumb home with smart devices.
